We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership for a confidential organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial controlling activities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow
- Oversee financial statements and management reporting
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax requirements, and internal controls
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and tax authorities
- Lead and develop the Controlling team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant Finance/Controlling experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Previous team leadership experience
- Advanced English is required
- Experience in multinational environments preferred
