Key Responsibilities

- Sales Performance & Forecasting

Monitor monthly sales performance against established targets and identify deviations.

Consolidate and analyze sales forecasts provided by local commercial teams.

Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and business updates for management.

Identify potential commercial risks and recommend corrective actions.

- Inventory & Demand Planning

Coordinate vehicle inventory planning based on sales forecasts, market demand, and business priorities.

Monitor inventory levels, vehicle availability, and stock turnover.

Identify potential inventory shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving vehicles.

Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams to support optimal inventory allocation.

- Order Management & Operational Coordination

Coordinate and monitor vehicle purchase orders throughout the order fulfillment process.

Track order status, shipment schedules, and expected vehicle availability.

Identify operational delays, discrepancies, and potential business risks.

Ensure effective communication between local teams, regional stakeholders, and headquarters.

- Business Analysis & Reporting

Develop and maintain sales operations reports and performance indicators.

Analyze sales trends, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment performance.

Support commercial planning activities through data-driven insights.





Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational information.

- Cross-functional & Regional Coordination

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant departments.

Maintain regular communication with regional teams and headquarters.

Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Participate in international business trips when required.

Qualifications

1.Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, International Trade, or a related field.

2.Professional Experience

2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning, or related positions.

Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly passenger vehicles, is highly desirable.

Experience working with multinational companies or regional business operations is an advantage.

3.Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.

Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is desirable.

Knowledge of ERP systems and sales reporting platforms is an advantage.

Understanding of sales forecasting, inventory management, and order management processes.

4.Languages

Spanish: Fluent.

English: Intermediate to advanced, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
