About Atlas Bench

Atlas Bench is an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner based in Florida, working with enterprise and Fortune 500 customers in the United States and around the world. In 2026 we were named Atlassian Partner of the Year: Rising Star, Americas. We also work with Okta and Anthropic. We are opening a new office in Lima, in Miraflores or Barranco, and building our technical sales team there.

Overview

We are offering a paid Trainee Technical Sales Consultant program for people who want a long term career in technology sales and consulting. You will train in Atlassian products and licensing, sales operations and presales, with hands on consulting so you can speak with customers credibly. You will complete the Atlassian Partner accreditations, Okta and Anthropic partner training, and two Atlassian professional certifications (ACP).

After up to 12 months of training you graduate to Junior Consultant on our technical sales team, with a 24 month commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Training and learning

- Complete the Atlassian Partner accreditations for sales and technical delivery
- Learn Atlassian licensing: editions, user tiers, Cloud, Data Center and Marketplace apps
- Complete Okta and Anthropic partner training
- Earn two Atlassian professional certifications (ACP)

Sales operations and presales

- Prepare Atlassian license quotes and follow each one until the customer has it




- Register deals with Atlassian and track approvals
- Support discovery calls, demos and proposals for enterprise customers
- Join account management calls and keep our CRM (HubSpot) accurate

Hands on consulting

- Configure Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management in your own practice site
- Support real customer work under the guidance of senior consultants

Mentorship and feedback

- Work with mentors who guide you through the program
- Regular reviews to track your progress

Qualifications

- C1 English or higher is required. You will be asked for proof (EF SET 61 or higher, IELTS 7.0 or higher, TOEFL iBT 95 or higher, or Cambridge C1 or C2) and the interview is in English.
- Recent graduate or early career professional interested in sales, technology and customers
- Clear, organized written and spoken communication
- Able to work on site in Lima Monday to Thursday (Friday remote), full time, on US Eastern hours
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, not required

What We Offer

- A structured paid training program with mentorship and industry recognized accreditations
- Training pay of USD 600 per month, USD 800 per month after your first Atlassian certification (ACP 620), and USD 1,000 per month when you graduate
- Real customer work once you finish your first three months of training
