Job Description
Ports Digital Infrastructure Lead – Latin American region. Focus on strategic business development, design, deployment, operation of ports, airports, logistics hubs, cybersecurity, IT/OT.
Business Development
- Lead the identification, maturation, and capture of new business opportunities in the critical infrastructure sector (ports, airports, logistics hubs) in Latin America, translating complex client needs into technical cybersecurity and physical security (IT/OT) proposals.
- Act as AECOM's technical point of contact in the region for cargo transport security solutions, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and technology partners within the logistics ecosystem.

IT (Information Technology)
- Corporate networks (LAN/WAN)
- Servers and databases
- Enterprise systems (ERP, email, cloud)
- Information management
- Define comprehensive security architectures for complex environments (IT/OT).





OT (Operational Technology)
- Industrial systems (SCADA, PLC)
- Automation of ports, airports, trains
- Traffic control systems, cranes, conveyor belts, power systems
- Physical security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)

Core Responsibilities
- Establish and validate technical criteria, specifications, and standards for security projects.
- Prepare technical documents and specifications for procurement processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of security-related information systems.
- Manage and analyze logs in high-volume, highly complex environments.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability to security projects.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.
