Key Responsibilities
We are looking a Product Expert with experience in crushing and feeding equipment for the South America (SAMER) region , who will provide specialized technical and strategic support to our customers and internal teams.
Act as the primary technical authority for Crushing & Feeding products within the SAMER region.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the Sales and Service teams, including the preparation of technical proposals, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the R&D; team to identify product improvement opportunities and develop new solutions based on the needs of the SAMER market.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify industry trends and strategically position our products.
- Develop and deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal personnel on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our equipment.
- Participate in resolving complex technical issues and optimizing the performance of equipment installed at customer operations.
- Prepare technical and market reports, as well as product support documentation.
- Represent FLSmidth at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
