HR Specialist – Talent Management & Employee Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and specialized positions.
• Experience in training and development, including coordination and follow-up of annual training plans and learning initiatives.
• Experience supporting or managing performance management and talent development processes.
• Experience in organizational climate, employee engagement, internal communications, and culture initiatives.
• Experience managing onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Experience preparing and analyzing HR metrics and management reports.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English is required,

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring positions are filled within the expected timelines and quality standards.
• Partner with internal clients and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance on profiles, market conditions, and candidate selection.
• Conduct talent mapping and proactive sourcing initiatives to build pipelines of qualified passive candidates for critical and specialized positions.
