HR Analyst – Staff Administration & Payroll Support What will make you the right talent for us?

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Personnel Administration, Payroll Support, or HR Operations.
• Experience preparing and validating payroll inputs, employee movements, vacations, overtime, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related information.
• Knowledge of T-Registro, PLAME, AFP/ONP, CTS, benefits, employee records, and labor documentation.
• Experience managing employee files and ensuring documentation is complete and properly updated.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
• Experience coordinating or following up on administrative payments, invoices, service providers, and supporting documentation.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required, including formulas, VLOOKUP/BUSCARV, IF/SI functions, data validation, and Pivot Tables.



Excel proficiency will be assessed during the selection process.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical thinking, and ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow up on multiple administrative processes simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee information in payroll and HR systems, including new hires, terminations, personal data changes, and employment updates.
• Register and update employee information in T-Registro, PLAME, and other applicable labor and payroll systems.
• Support the monthly payroll process by preparing, reviewing, and consolidating payroll inputs, employee movements, overtime, vacations, deductions, and other incidences under the supervision of the HR Specialist.
