On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to join our Operator Sector Sales team in Peru. In this role, you will drive business growth by selling our cutting-edge solutions, products, and services to major telecommunication carriers.

Duties

- Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with key accounts within the Peruvian telecommunications market.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed the overall operating indicator and sales targets for the assigned account department.
- Relationship Management: Build, strengthen, and maintain a robust customer relationship platform to effectively support business goals.
- Project & Opportunity Management: Lead sales project operations, mobilize internal resources for seamless implementation, and take full responsibility for project success and profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Improve transaction quality and maximize client satisfaction through proactive account management.

We require:

- 5+ years of commercial, sales, or business development experience working within telecommunication solutions, network infrastructure providers, or carrier operator organizations.
- Proven track record working with top telecom carriers in the local market, executing strategic sales plans,



and consistently delivering on KPIs.
- Demonstrated expertise in building strategic contact networks and managing high-level customer relationships.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Professional English proficiency (B2 or C1 level) is mandatory.
- Outstanding customer-facing, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, sales planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization, showing openness and adaptability to international business settings.
