En Natura creemos en la fuerza de las relaciones y en la belleza viva, libre de estereotipos. Estamos buscando un(a) Jefe de Tienda para nuestra tienda en Mall Plaza Trujillo que desee transformar cada interacción en una experiencia memorable.

Tu propósito en este rol (Funciones):

- Desarrollar estrategias in situ para optimizar la experiencia del cliente e impulsar el volumen de ventas.
- Administrar, auditar y controlar el stock para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto y minimizar mermas.
- Supervisar aperturas/cierres de caja, gestión de horarios, recepción de mercadería y estándares de limpieza e imagen.
- Seleccionar, capacitar, motivar y organizar las tareas del personal a cargo.




- Monitorear métricas de venta y analizar la competencia para ajustar las tácticas comerciales.
- Coordinar la implementación de campañas comerciales y el montaje estratégico del producto.

Lo que buscamos en ti (Requisitos):

- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en como Jefe o Encargado/a de Tienda.
- Experiencia previa en el rubro de belleza, retail o consumo masivo.
- Deseable conocimiento o pasión por la cosmetología, maquillaje y perfumería.
- Estudios técnicos o universitarios en curso (deseable).
- Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel usuario.
- Actitud empática, orientación al servicio y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.
