Your challenge in this role
Deliver onboarding and continuous training programs that support the operational readiness and performance of new and existing employees. Your main challenge will be to create engaging learning experiences, evaluate participants progress, identify development opportunities, and implement improvement actions aligned with the needs of the operation.
Job requirements
Education Technical or university studies, whether currently in progress, completed, or incomplete.
Experience At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer, Facilitator, or Training Specialist in a BPO or Call Center environment.
English proficiency B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively and deliver training sessions in English. Your English level will be assessed during the selection process.
Essential experience Delivering onboarding and continuous training, evaluating participants knowledge, monitoring performance, and identifying learning opportunities.
Essential skills Excellent communication and facilitation skills, adaptability, organization, active listening, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to engage different audiences.
Tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.




Desirable knowledge Experience using Learning Management Systems LMS and artificial intelligence tools applied to training and learning.
Availability Full availability to work rotating schedules within a 24 7 operation, including weekends and public holidays, depending on operational needs.
What will you do on a daily basis
Deliver onboarding and continuous training sessions for new and existing employees.
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions in both English and Spanish.
Design, update, and adapt learning materials according to operational needs.
Evaluate participants knowledge and monitor their performance throughout the training process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to support participants development.
Analyze training results and operational indicators to identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement action plans to strengthen participants knowledge, skills, and operational performance.
Prepare and present reports related to attendance, training progress, assessment results, and participant performance.
Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and other support areas to ensure that training content is aligned with business needs.
Ensure an effective, engaging,



and consistent learning experience for all participants.
Working hours and operational availability
Working hours 48 hours per week, with one scheduled day off.
Operation 24 7. Rotating schedules will be assigned according to operational requirements.
Weekends and public holidays Full availability to work weekends and public holidays when required by the operation.
Day off The weekly day off will be scheduled based on operational needs.
Work modality and location
Work modality 100 onsite.
Location Santa Luisa site, San Isidro, Av. Camino Real 195.
Offer conditions
Contract Threemonth fixedterm contract, renewable based on performance.
Payroll Full payroll benefits from the first day of employment.
Base salary PEN 2,770.00 per month.
Performance bonus PEN 580.00 per month, based on performance.
