About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Albany team. This unique role combines residential and community-based support, providing person-centred care to clients with high and complex needs. You'll work across both settings, supporting clients in their homes, within the community, and in residential environments to help them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Based on the responsibilities outlined in the Care Support Worker and Community Support Worker position descriptions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including showering, dressing, grooming and hygiene care.
• Support clients with continence management and medication administration.
