Requirements• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Support, or B2B Customer Service.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities• Support Account Executives throughout the sales and Lead-to-Quote process.
• Manage client requests, quotes, upgrades, downgrades, and service changes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and technical teams.
• Communicate directly with clients and follow up on documentation and Purchase Orders.
• Maintain accurate information in Salesforce and ensure timely order processing.
• Escalate and resolve client issues as needed.
