About the Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization and instrumental to our strategic growth objectives. As a Consult Partner – Applications, you will play a pivotal leadership role driving digital transformation across Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, and Consumer Products.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements, and take ownership of building and positioning strategic change agendas across Kyndryl’s largest accounts at the C-suite level. Spanning the intersection of complex Business and IT customer solutions, you will drive application modernization and digital transformation initiatives that impact our clients’ entire ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Profitable Growth & P&L; Ownership:
• Lead end-to-end business development, pipeline growth, and revenue generation within key accounts (Insurance, Financial Services, Retail).
• Manage account margins, engagement profitability, scoping, fee negotiations, and contract terms for complex multi-tower deals.
• Execute a "land and expand" strategy around application modernization and enterprise solutions.
• C-Suite & Client Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and executive stakeholders across the Insurance and Financial Services sectors.
• Lead C-level interactions, consulting initiatives, and deal delivery outputs, positioning Kyndryl as a strategic partner.
• Drive customer satisfaction (measured by NPS) and secure new executive client references.
• Operational Excellence & Delivery Oversight:
• Achieve individual and team chargeability/utilization targets.
• Oversee the design and execution of complex application projects, ensuring delivery quality, risk mitigation, and SLA compliance.
