Role Description This temporary remote role involves recording high-quality voice samples in Peruvian Spanish for use in AI training and related language technology projects. Day-to-day tasks include following provided scripts, prompts, or scenarios, ensuring clear pronunciation and consistent audio quality, and adhering to project-specific guidelines. The role may require adjusting tone, pace, and style to match different use cases, such as conversational dialogue, instructions, or short phrases.





Team members are expected to submit recordings through the platform on schedule, respond to basic quality feedback, and maintain confidentiality and data security standards.

Qualifications

- Strong fluency in Peruvian Spanish, with clear and natural pronunciation and the ability to follow scripted prompts accurately.
- Basic audio recording skills, including use of a microphone or smartphone with good sound quality, and a quiet environment for recording.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, meet deadlines, and complete repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
- Reliable internet connection and comfort using online platforms or apps for task management and file uploads.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to receive and apply feedback on recording quality.
- Prior experience in voice recording, voice-over, or linguistic data work is an advantage but not required.
- Eligibility to work as a freelancer and comply with local regulations related to remote and temporary project work.
