Position Responsibilities:
- Works with clients to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects.
- Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives.
- Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks.
- Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management.
- Identifies resourcing needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
- Participates in negotiation of contract terms and conditions and ensures compliance with contract terms for project consultants and vendors.
- Identifies project issues that impact project delivery and escalates to management.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays,



then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets.
- Assists in hiring project staff, and developing, motivating, coaching, advising and managing the project team.
- Manages the technical components of the project or acts as the manager of personnel, including evaluating personnel.
- Liaises between project team, project sponsor, and client group.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
