The hours for this position are from 8AM to 6PM CST, 5 days a week (including weekends)

Key Responsabilities

- Answer inbound calls from customers reporting new auto accidents.
- Collect essential details for claim setup from various parties, including claimants, policyholders, attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and body shops.
- Accurately enter claim information into internal system (Modotech) and generate the claim.
- Provide reporting parties with claim number, instructions for submitting photos, police reports, and other relevant documents for review.
- Open claim features for property damage and/or bodily injury based on information provided.
- Upload the FNOL call to the file.
- Generate and send letters of acknowledgment once claims are assigned.
- Translate for adjusters as needed, including status updates or full recorded statements. If a recorded statement is translated, the phone call must also be uploaded to the claim file.
- Upon receipt of police reports:



Update any missing claim information, Mail out any pending acknowledgment letters and ask the assigned adjuster with notes indicating the report is ready and advise of any updates made.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding and relating to customer frustration.
- Experience in an insurance or claims-related role preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
