The Practice Manager is responsible for the business management and operational execution of assigned practice sections and, when applicable, offices. The Practice Manager serves as the primary business advisor and liaison to assigned practice sections and offices, translating firm strategy into day-to-day operational execution. This role coordinates business planning, supports section goals, reviews new matters, coordinates staffing recommendations, monitors workload and capacity, oversees operational reporting, resolves operational issues, and manages implementation of practice management initiatives and training programs.

• Serve as the primary business advisor and liaison to assigned practice sections and offices.

• Monitor attorney workload, utilization, and capacity, and recommend resource adjustments.
• Monitor compliance with matter budgets and operational expectations.
• Prepare and review financial, operational, and performance reporting for assigned sections and, when applicable, offices.
