We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership for a confidential organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead accounting and financial controlling activities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow
• Oversee financial statements and management reporting
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and tax authorities
• Lead and develop the Controlling team

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant Finance/Controlling experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Previous team leadership experience
• Advanced English is required
• Experience in multinational environments preferred
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
