1. Primarily responsible for creating the demand of the Oncology promoted products through doctors (Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, Gyne-Oncologists), and members of the allied medical profession recommendations/endorsements2. Responsible for the management of his/her territory to ensure attainment of specific objectives within company policies/procedures, set standards, approved budget, local, legal and regulatory restrict.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. DEMAND CREATION:

a. To achieve target KPI’s and objectives

b. Ensures effective coverage of all potential Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, Gyne-Oncologists in his/her territory though correct classification following the and proper preparation of the daily coverage plan.

c. Attains and maintains selling skills and product knowledge based on agreed standards

d. Ensures proper implementation of activities and programs within his/her territory in compliance with the company

e. Ensures proper implementation of promotional plans by following guidelines from marketing and the company.

Maintains and continually updates territorial data base of doctors and hospitals in his territory

h. Regularly and promptly supplies written feedback to Manager regarding competitive activities on promotions

i. Regularly and promptly reports to Manager doctors and customer’s reaction to promotional campaigns and materials

II. SALES

1. Ensures achievement of approved monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual sales target in units and pesos;

2. Accurately maintains and updates sales information and record in weekly sales monitoring report;

3.Provides manager with the information on sales opportunities (new account and unusual sales volume) where support of management is needed together with recommended plan of action.

III. ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER FUNCTIONS:

a. Submits all required reports on time:
- DCR (Daily Call Report) – SFE
- Weekly KPI Update (with patient monitoring update)
- Monthly KPI Report
- Other require
