We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Commercial) to support the hiring of high-performing sales, business development, account management, and partnership professionals. This role is responsible for developing proactive sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering qualified candidates for commercial teams. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated recruiter with experience identifying and engaging top B2B talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and recruiting metrics.

Your responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top commercial talent.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for sales, business development, account management, and partnership-related roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and market trends.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify passive candidates.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of talent.Track recruiting activity and achieve established KPIs, including sourcing, pipeline generation, candidate submissions, and interview conversion metrics.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required skills

- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, or Commercial Recruiting.
- Proven experience recruiting for B2B commercial roles, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives,



Account Managers, Partnership Managers, Merchant Acquisition Representatives, and other customer-facing sales positions.
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction experience with demonstrated success identifying passive candidates.
- Experience managing recruiting KPIs, including sourcing goals, candidate submissions, and pipeline metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
