Role Overview

VCM is looking for an Appointment Scheduling Representative to support lead management, customer communication, and appointment scheduling for projects in the U.S. roofing industry.

The idóneo candidate is organized, proactive, results-oriented, and confident communicating with English-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

- Contact and qualify incoming leads through calls, web forms, and referrals.
- Schedule and confirm roofing inspections and estimates.
- Coordinate appointments with sales representatives and manage calendar availability.
- Follow up with potential customers and reschedule appointments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records in CRM systems.
- Communicate inspection details and customer requirements to the sales team.
- Monitor appointment completion, lead conversions, and response times.

Requirements

- Advanced English proficiency (fluent spoken and written communication).
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or inbound/outbound sales.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, persuasion, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple appointments.
- Minimum education: High school diploma.

Technical Skills

Required:





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management platforms (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Calendly).
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello).
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Advanced English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in roofing, construction, remodeling, or home services.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or HubSpot.
- Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
