CordeValle is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Part-Time P.M.



Server to join our team at One Iron Bar, our signature dining venue. This role is idóneo for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and can deliver high-quality service to our members and guests. While the primary focus is on pm shifts at One Iron Bar, this position may also support other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests

- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately

- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section and overall dining room

- Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service

- Comply with all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation regulations

- Follow CordeValle grooming standards and uniform requirements

- Assist in other Food & Beverage departments or functions as business needs dictate

- Minimum 1 year of server experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred

- California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required (or must obtain within 5 days of hire)

- Food Handler Certification (California compliant) required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

- Weekend and holiday availability is required
