We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The adecuado candidate will have extensive experience and proven track record working as an SME for any BPO campaign, preferably (but not required) related to the automotive industry in the US market. The candidate will undergo extensive training and certification on vehicle quoting.
- Primary responsibility is to masterfully and effectively provide quotes to customers
- Provide real-time support to all representatives and serve as the go-to resource for quotes, process & procedure, and customer questions
- Review data and provide feedback to representatives on identified areas of improvement
- Take ownership of customer calls, transactions and deals as needed
- Liaise with other support groups within the company for cross-functional processes
- Provide feedback and/or recommendation to senior management for process/performance improvement
- Readiness to take on ad hoc tasks/projects
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an SME/ Team Leader/ Supervisor/ Quality Assurance Specialist/ Trainer in the BPO industry
- Possesses great attention to detail
- Has the ability to learn and develop expertise on a new subject matter quickly
- Decisive and methodical execution of established processes and procedures
- High level of multitasking ability
- Organized and Agile while performing in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer savvy on Google Productivity Tools and other applications
- Experience working in a similar field (automotive) or familiarity with cars in the US market is a plus
Job Type: Full-time (50 hrs/ 6 days per week) Salary: $8/ hour- $10/ hour
