We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic, remote-first team supporting U.S.-based operations in San Antonio, TX. Role Overview:

As a contracted Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions, ranging from skilled trades (laborers, mechanics, welders) to leadership and business development roles. This role is pivotal in optimizing our recruiting strategies, reducing time-to-fill, lowering cost-per-hire, and driving retention through refined candidate targeting and culture fit assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trade, supervisory, and executive roles.
- Leverage Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platforms to source top U.S.-based talent.
- Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines, utilizing data analytics to enhance applicant quality and recruiting efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job scorecards and administer Culture Index surveys, ensuring best-fit hires.
- Administer and optimize HRIS workflows (Paylocity), ensuring accurate and timely data tracking, reporting, and compliance.
- Conduct structured interviews, coordinate interview logistics,



and manage offer negotiations and onboarding handoffs.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, retention rates) to ensure continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including skilled trade and executive recruitment.
- Solid HRIS administration background (Paylocity preferred), with strong data tracking and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to recruit remotely for U.S.-based positions, with familiarity in U.S. labor market and compliance.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and verbal.
- Culture Index experience or willingness to complete training within 15 days.
