The Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) program, an AAR business, headquartered in Rockledge, FL, provides integral, world-class expeditionary and conventional aviation solutions to the US Department of State Air Wing.
Role Description




Perform a variety of complex operations in support of the aircraft. Maintain aircraft and their associated engines and sub-systems to ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is completed and aircraft airworthiness requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the maintenance tasks being performed by mechanics under your leadership.
- Manage the scheduling of work being performed to ensure the aircraft meets the targeted Return to Service time.
- Ensure the work is being performed in accordance with approved methods, required maintenance manuals, task cards, etc.
- Ensure the use of proper tools and equipment.
- Ensure all work performed is properly and correctly documented.
- Sit, stoop, bend, crawl, crouch, and climb aircraft to repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structural components such as cowlings and functional components.
