Operations Coordinator - India- Contract (Remote)

RED Integral is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the Global Operations Service Lead in managing day-to-day IT service operations across the Legal & Compliance and REWAM application portfolios.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Monitor AMS operations, incidents, requests, problems, and changes.
- Track SLA, KPI, service performance, risks, and action items.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service review materials.
- Support governance meetings, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with vendors, AMS teams, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain service documentation, application inventory, and knowledge repositories.
- Support resource onboarding/offboarding and project transition activities.

Skills and Experience:

- 2-5 years in IT Operations, ITSM, Service Delivery, PMO,



or Operational Coordination.
- Understanding of ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Experience with SLA/KPI tracking and operational reporting.
- Experience coordinating AMS teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Service Now or similar ITSM tools.
- Strong communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Nice to Have: Experience supporting global IT operations or enterprise application portfolios.

- Contract duration: 3 months with possible extension
- Rate: USD/Day Language: English
