About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora's new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled,
the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Main purpose of the role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, production material issuance, SFG/FG handling, scrap handling, outbound preparation, and warehouse service delivery. The role ensures warehouse activities are executed safely, accurately, on time, and in compliance with SOP, SHE, quality, inventory, and system transaction requirements.
This role leads Warehouse Team Leaders and operators, drives daily performance, resolves operational issues, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and develops people capability to improve safety, accuracy, productivity, and service level.
