Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality engineering automation to enhance the overall quality and reliability of software products
- Establish processes & tools to maintain automation scripts and generate reports for faster bug tracking & reporting
- Analyze automation results and investigate failures
- Develop test patterns to evaluate the solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability




- Drive software development process to ensure quality-centric methodologies; captures, records, and implements leading practices for continued QA improvements
- Prepare and deliver formal quality audit reports
- Identify critical metrics for product quality and tracks the identified quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities, defect frequency, and first-time pass rate
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to define quality standards and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Collaborate with AEM developers to validate component-level functionality, content authoring workflows, and integration points with backend services
- Control, update and distribute new and revised quality standards and technical changes
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of test environments, including cloud-based test
