Customer Service Representative

Vin-Ter Language School is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will support students and clients from both our USA and Latin America branches, providing excellent customer service and helping students throughout their language-learning experience.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist new and current students with questions about classes, schedules, pricing, enrollment, and programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and help guide them through the enrollment process.
- Provide accurate information about Vin-Ter programs and services.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with students, teachers, and clients.
- Assist with scheduling classes and coordinating communication between students and instructors.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with students who have not completed their enrollment or have become inactive.
- Maintain accurate customer and student records.
- Support the sales and administrative team when needed.
- Communicate with customers from both the USA and Latin America.

Requirements

- Bilingual in English and Spanish – required.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, patient, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using email, messaging platforms, social media, and basic computer programs.
- Previous customer service, sales, education, or administrative experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers from different cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a language school, educational organization, or international company.
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or student-management platforms.
- Sales or enrollment experience is a plus.
