Bilingual School Manager – U.S. & LATAM

Vin-Ter Language School is looking for a motivated, organized, and responsible Bilingual School Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of our school across our U.S. and LATAM branches.

The School Manager will be responsible for managing school operations, supporting students and teachers, overseeing staff, coordinating schedules and classes, assisting with enrollment and sales, developing partnerships, and ensuring that students receive a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations for Vin-Ter Language School across the U.S. and LATAM branches.
- Manage and coordinate school staff, teachers, administrative personnel, and sales activities.
- Oversee student enrollment, registration, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Monitor and support the daily operation of classes and programs.
- Communicate with students, parents, teachers, staff, businesses, schools, and community organizations.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve student or client concerns professionally.
- Assist with sales and enrollment goals and help develop strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, organizations, and community partners.
- Coordinate marketing, promotional, and outreach activities with the appropriate team members.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, responsibilities, and completion of assigned tasks.
- Help train and support new staff members and teachers.
- Maintain accurate student, staff, scheduling, and operational records.
- Work with management to improve school policies, procedures, and daily operations.
- Prepare regular updates and reports regarding enrollment, staff, classes, and school operations.
- Coordinate operations between the U.S.



and LATAM teams and ensure effective communication between branches.
- Help ensure that Vin-Ter maintains a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in both English and Spanish — REQUIRED.
- Previous experience in school administration, management, operations, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, social media, and other digital tools.
- Experience working with students, teachers, schools, or educational organizations is a plus.
- Experience working with U.S. and Latin American clients or organizations is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus.

This position requires someone who can effectively communicate with both our U.S. and LATAM teams and help maintain consistent standards across both branches.

Pay: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month
