About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
If you have experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, cold email, lead generation, or appointment setting, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and similar tools
- Research prospects and decision-makers to personalize outreach
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Identify and engage qualified prospects
- Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities

Cold Calling & Outreach
- Make 30–40+ cold calls daily




- Execute 60–100 outbound touchpoints daily
- Communicate value clearly and confidently
- Handle objections professionally
- Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives

CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Track outreach activities, prospect conversations, follow-ups, and lead stages
- Keep pipeline data clean, organized, and current
- Ensure accurate reporting and visibility into outbound activity

Campaign Optimization
- A/B test email messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences
- Monitor reply rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked
- Identify opportunities to improve targeting and messaging
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data

Must-Have Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generatio
