What you'll do:
• Help maintain accurate,



complete, and up-to-date financial records as part of our accounting team
• Support the month-end close, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
• Contribute to inventory and product-cost accounting, including COGS and inventory adjustments
• Process transactions and workflows in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Rippling
• Apply U.S. GAAP to help keep our numbers compliant, reliable, and audit-ready
• Spot issues early, suggest process improvements, and collaborate closely with our Finance team

What you bring:
• Required: 5+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Required: Hands-on accounting experience within the last three years at a B2B product company, such as a manufacturer or distributor. Since this role involves inventory and product-cost accounting, experience limited to service-only
