About the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end product experience across modern web and mobile applications.
This is a product-focused design role that goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces. You’ll combine user research, product thinking, UX strategy, UI design, and scalable design systems to build intuitive, high-performing digital products that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll transform user insights into polished, developer-ready experiences while continuously optimizing products through research, analytics, and experimentation.

ResponsibilitiesUX Research & Product Discovery• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
• Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, workflows, and user flows.
• Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
• Leverage product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to validate assumptions and prioritize user needs.
UX/UI Design• Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Create responsive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Deliver polished, user-centered designs aligned with modern SaaS design principles.
• Produce developer-ready assets using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and user insights.
Design Systems & Scalability• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
