Point Cloud Draftsperson

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the development of architectural drawings and construction documentation for commercial projects using Point Cloud technology. This role focuses on transforming survey and project data into accurate floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings while supporting permitting and compliancerelated activities. The adecuado candidate has experience working with point cloud workflows, interpreting construction information, and producing highquality drafting deliverables in a fastpaced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience as a Draftsperson in commercial construction projects.
Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, ReCap, and Point Cloud workflows.
Experience producing construction documents, floor plans, and architectural drawings.
Ability to interpret construction data, engineering calculations, and technical specifications.




Associate degree or equivalent studies in Architecture or a related field.
Advanced English level C1 for professional communication.

NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience supporting permitting processes and code compliance research.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop architectural drawings and construction documentation from point cloud data.
Create floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings based on project requirements.
Support permitting activities and code compliance research.
Update and revise drawings according to project markups and feedback.
Maintain project records, survey reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
Assist with site surveys and other draftingrelated activities as needed.
