We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, national law firm based in the United States. This is a fully remote, long-term position idóneo for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and seeking stable, ongoing work with a well-established international employer.

Responsibilities

- Processing and organizing administrative files
- Accurately entering data into an internal case management system
- Reviewing documents and identifying and removing duplicate pages
- Downloading, naming, and managing electronic case files
- Providing general administrative support (no client contact required)

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles
- Strong English reading and writing skills




- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work US business hours (night shift for candidates outside the US)
- Immediately available with no notice period required
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
