THE POSITION

The Assistant Dean of Curriculum is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the medical education curriculum. This position ensures that curricular content, instructional methods, and assessment strategies align with program objectives, accreditation standards, and institutional priorities.

The role collaborates closely with academic leadership,



faculty, and institutional committees to ensure curricular integrity, comparability across instructional sites, and continuous quality improvement. The Assistant Dean also promotes innovation in teaching and learning, supports faculty development, and ensures compliance with accreditation requirements.
