About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented LTL Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and reconciling freight invoices while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with transportation and logistics standards.

Responsibilities

- Process and audit LTL freight invoices.
- Review carrier invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Verify freight classifications, rates, and accessorial charges.
- Ensure accurate billing and rebilling processes.
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve invoice issues.
- Assist with account reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in LTL Billing, Freight Billing, Rebilling, or Transportation Accounting.
- Experience working in freight brokerage, logistics,



or transportation environments.
- Strong understanding of carrier invoices, freight class, tariffs, and accessorial charges.
- Experience with invoice auditing and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel and transportation/billing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with freight management or TMS platforms.
- Knowledge of transportation operations and carrier relations.
