We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to support our M&A; Legal team in the US with organization, documentation, and special projects related to our portfolio companies. This internship offers hands-on exposure to legal operations and is adecuado for students interested in pursuing a legal career.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain an Excel spreadsheet or similar resource that summarizes key provisions from portfolio company LLC and LP agreements

- Reorganize and standardize Legal Department document folders to improve accessibility and consistency

- Draft simple legal documentation for portfolio companies under supervision

Duration and Hours:

- Expected duration: approximately two to four months

- Weekly hours: approximately 15 hours per week

Requirements:

- Preferred candidates include pre-law students or early law school students

- Candidates should be studying pre-law,



law or completing their paralegal studies

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Practical experience using Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint is preferred
