GTM Operations Analyst at BairesDev In this role, you'll be the go-to operational partner for a group of Client Engagement Executives, owning the pieces of the sales cycle that let them focus on clients. You'll research target accounts, manage executive calendars and travel, drive contracts through approval and signature, and keep sales data clean and reliable. Each executive works differently, so you'll adapt to different styles and priorities while making sure company policies and processes are followed.

What You'll Do

- Research and qualify target accounts and leads using tools such as Crunchbase and LinkedIn, preparing account insights and supporting outreach planning for each executive.
- Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and business travel end to end, prioritizing client-facing time and anticipating logistical needs.
- Own the commercial contract workflow, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, from request to signature, coordinating with Legal and Finance and tracking SLAs and escalations.




- Draft and manage communications on behalf of the sales team, choosing the right channel and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Keep ERP/CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring clean data for pipeline reporting and forecasting in coordination with Sales Operations.

What we are looking for

- 4+ years of experience in support or operational roles.
- Background in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Executive Assistance supporting sales leaders, Customer Support, Lead Intelligence or Account Research, PMO, or Account Management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Familiarity with Jira or other management tools.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have

- Experience in commercial teams at IT services or software companies.
- Familiarity with Crunchbase or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
