MTR Insurance Housing Specialist

Job Overview

CS Outsource is looking for an experienced MTR Insurance Housing Specialist to join our fully remote team and support US-based clients. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in insurance housing, temporary housing, mid-term rentals, or relocation services, with strong case-management, property-matching, communication, and negotiation skills.

The role involves managing insurance housing cases from initial placement through move-out while coordinating with policyholders, insurance adjusters, landlords, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage MTR and insurance housing cases from placement through move-out.
- Match displaced policyholders with suitable properties based on their housing needs, location, budget, duration, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, policyholders, landlords, and property owners throughout the housing process.
- Manage ALE (Additional Living Expenses), approvals, extensions, move-in and move-out dates, and case documentation.
- Handle urgent housing situations and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate case records, property information, and follow-ups through CRM/PMS platforms.
- Negotiate housing terms, rental rates, extensions, and other case-related requirements.
- Coordinate property availability and ensure suitable housing options are secured within required timelines.
- Monitor active cases and follow up on outstanding approvals, documentation, and housing requirements.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all parties involved in each case.

Requirements

- Proven experience in insurance housing, temporary housing, relocation, or MTR/property management.




- Hands-on understanding of ALE (Additional Living Expenses) and insurance housing processes.
- Strong property-matching and case-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to handle urgent and crisis situations calmly and professionally.
- Strong experience using CRM/PMS platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US-based insurance housing or relocation companies.
- Experience coordinating directly with insurance adjusters and displaced policyholders.
- Experience with MTR, corporate housing, temporary housing, or relocation services.
- Experience with platforms such as:
- ReloQuest
- Yardi / Yardi Voyager
- AppFolio
- RealPage
- Rent Manager
- Propertyware
- DoorLoop
- Strong understanding of property management operations, rental agreements, extensions, and move-in/move-out coordination.

Working Hours

- Full-time, aligned with US business hours.
- Must be available to support US-based clients and handle time-sensitive housing cases.
