The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams, logistics operators, customs agencies, suppliers, and the dealer network.

Main Responsibilities

- Coordinate vehicle and spare parts import processes, ensuring that required documentation is submitted on time to customs agencies.
- Coordinate cargo release and local logistics activities with customs agencies, quality inspectors, transportation providers, ports, and other suppliers.
- Manage payment requests related to taxes and logistics suppliers.
- Coordinate the movement of shipments from ports or airports to the Vehicle Distribution Center (VDC).
- Monitor VDC operations and ensure compliance with agreed process times and logistics KPIs.
- Perform and monitor inbound processes, including ASN, Goods Receipt, WMS, and SAP transactions.
- Support inventory control, vehicle allocation, scheduling, quality processes, claims, and outbound deliveries.




- Issue delivery notes and shipping documents in SAP.
- Coordinate special requests related to launches, activations, homologation activities, and other internal requirements.
- Ensure vehicle distribution across the dealer network according to quality and response-time standards.

- Support spare parts warehouse processes, including inbound registration in SAP, outbound order confirmation in ODIN and SAP, and issuance of delivery documents.
- Provide continuous support to the dealer network regarding dispatch dates, claims, DMS inquiries, back orders, and other logistics matters.
- Prepare weekly reports on claims and critical dealer network cases in coordination with the VDC and Customer Experience team.

Required Qualifications

- Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, imports, warehousing, or similar positions; automotive industry experience is highly valued.
- Spoken English: Minimum intermediate level – mandatory requirement.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Preferred Knowledge

- SAP.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Import and customs processes.
- Vehicle and/or spare parts logistics.
- 3PL operations.
- Inventory control and distribution processes.
- Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Experience in the automotive industry.
