Purpose of the role The core purpose of this role is to drive the development and execution of merchandising strategies that optimize product assortment, maximize commercial performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives across markets, with a strong focus on Accessories categories and product training across channels.

About the Job

· Lead and execute Accessories merchandising strategies across markets and channels, optimizing product assortment and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

· Monitor and assess key Accessories performance indicators, including sell-through, AUR, and UPT, translating business performance into actionable insights and commercial opportunities.

· Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Men’s and Women’s Merchandising, E-commerce, and Marketing to ensure alignment on product launches, inventory flow, and key commercial initiatives.





· Deliver business insights and performance reporting to support decision-making, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to maximize Accessories performance.

· Develop monthly product strategy materials across categories, ensuring clear product direction and consistent communication across channels and markets.

· Lead the development and coordination of product training materials and sessions, strengthening product knowledge across markets, channels, and points of sale.

· Provide merchandising support to the Tops and Bottoms businesses, contributing to broader category strategies and commercial priorities.

About You

· Bachelor’s degree or university studies in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering or Administration

· 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail / Experience in assortment planning and performance analysis.

· Knowledge of merchandising and assortment planning / Strong analytical skills and ability to manage retail KPIs / Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/ Experience with merchandising or ERP systems / Strong collaboration and communication skills.
