Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), the talent powerhouse of Publicis Groupe, founded in 1926 and now the world’s #1 largest communications group, is looking for a Paid Social Media Analyst with experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across key platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with agencies in the US or Europe to activate, monitor, and optimize social media campaigns for global clients.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative,



and analytics.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools.
- Advanced English (required).
