The Market Lead is the client’s single point of contact in their market, named and fixed for the term of the engagement. Everything delivered in-country is theirs:



the health of the deal pipeline, the direction and performance of the in-market pre-lease team, the quality of local intelligence, and the honesty of the risk picture the client sees. This role demands standing in the local market — with developers, utilities and authorities — and the confidence to say hard things early.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the client’s first point of contact and escalation for all in-market matters
- Direct and prioritise the in-market pre-lease team against live deal flow
- Manage developer and counterparty relationships across all sites in the market, including intake of due diligence deliverables and documents
- Produce monthly market intelligence covering power, land, supply chain, pricing, lead times and regulatory movement
- Identify and report key risks to the client relating to potential deals, developers and sites
