We are looking for a Guest Relations Professional Intern to join our team.

? Your Role

You will support our Guest Relations team in delivering seamless and memorable experiences for our travelers. Your responsibilities will include assisting with administrative and operational coordination, maintaining accurate guest and service information, preparing reports, and supporting day-to-day activities to ensure every interaction reflects COLTUR’s high standards of service and attention to detail.

? What We’re Looking For

- Graduate of a technical program in Tourism & Hospitality, Tourism Services Management, Hotel & Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience is not required; however, exposure to tourism, hospitality, guest service, or operations will be valued.
- Good knowledge of Peru as a travel destination, including key attractions, experiences, hotels, travel times, and distances.
- Advanced English is essential.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with AI tools and operational management systems is a plus.
