We are looking for a commercially minded, data-driven professional to join our client's offices in Lima as an SDR. This role drives pipeline growth through prospecting, lead qualification, and qualified meeting generation, while keeping CRM data accurate and reliable.

Conditions

- Location: Lima, Peru (on-site at the client's offices)
- Engagement: Contractor
- ?: S/ 4,000 PEN
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST)
- English level: B2/C1

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and social media.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in target accounts.
- Qualify prospects based on company profile, needs, authority, and readiness to engage.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Consultants and Account Executives.
- Clean, update, and enrich lead, contact, and account records in Salesforce.
- Work with Sales Operations and Marketing on lead routing and campaign attribution.
- Meet or exceed goals for meetings booked,



qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Familiarity with prospecting and data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Zywave.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
