Reporting to Head of Payment Product Your Impact - End-to-End Onboarding Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle, from intake to go-live, ensuring rapid time-to-market across new and existing jurisdictions.

- Process Ownership: Design, own, and continuously improve the onboarding process, including playbooks, checklists, and SLAs, across all brands and entities.
- Due Diligence Management: Direct the gathering, verification, and submission of KYC/KYB packages, merchant applications, and regulatory documentation. Own the group's master due diligence library and corporate structure packs, keeping them current and audit-ready.
- Pipeline Management: Set onboarding priorities in line with market launch plans agreed with leadership. Forecast pipeline capacity and timelines, and triage high-volume queues to remove bottlenecks.
- Escalation Handling: Act as the escalation point for complex or stalled applications, including resolving acquirer compliance queries on group structure and licensing.
- Commercial Terms Alignment: Collate and summarise proposed fee schedules, reserves, and settlement terms for review and approval by relevant teams (Compliance/Legal, Finance) ahead of go-live.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Lead the use of AI and automation tools (including Claude) within onboarding, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and turnaround time across document processing, fee extraction, and compliance pack creation.
- Technical Readiness: Coordinate initial demos, sandbox testing, payment flow validations, and credential setups with Product and Engineering teams to guarantee operational readiness prior to launch.
- Documentation & Hand-off: Build the onboarding record for each new provider (contacts, fee matrix, account, and credential details)

- Market Requirements Tracking: Track acquirer and PSP onboarding criteria across target jurisdictions so due diligence packs meet requirements on first submission, including for new payment method types.
- KPIs & Reporting: Define and report on onboarding KPIs (time-to-live, first-submission approval rate, pipeline ageing) to senior management.
- Team Mentorship (Optional): Mentor and guide junior onboarding staff.

What Makes

You a Fit - 3 - 5 years of dedicated experience in PSP onboarding within the iGaming sector (experience with offshore markets is a must).

- Deep, hands-on experience navigating complex corporate structures, gathering due diligence documentation, and satisfying strict acquirer compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage a heavy onboarding pipeline across multiple brands and entities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or speed.
- Sharp attention to detail when reviewing payment agreements, pricing structures, and financial terms.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to coordinate effectively between third-party compliance teams, internal legal units, and technical stakeholders.
