Position Overview

We are opening our Trainee program for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in enterprise technology consulting. We are looking for people interested in any of the following tracks:

- Sales & Account Management — Work directly with clients, support the sales process, and learn how enterprise technology solutions are positioned and closed
- Project Management — Lead and support client delivery across complex Atlassian implementations
- Technical Consulting — Develop deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, JSM, and the full Atlassian platform working on real client engagements
- Software Development — Build and contribute to enterprise applications on the Atlassian Marketplace

Training runs 6 to 12 months. Your motivation and effort determine how fast you progress. You will work on real client engagements from day one — not simulations.

Responsibilities

- Support live client engagements across Atlassian consulting projects from day one
- Learn and apply core Atlassian products: Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery
- Get exposure to the broader ecosystem: Rovo AI, Rovo Dev, Bitbucket, Compass, Atlassian Analytics, Guard, Loom, and the four Atlassian Collections
- Support cloud migrations and enterprise platform transformations under senior guidance
- Practice enterprise-level client communication with Fortune 500 and general organizations




- Complete all required Atlassian Partner accreditations and prepare for two professional certifications
- Learn agile methodologies — Scrum and Kanban — and apply them in real delivery contexts
- Use AI productivity tools to accelerate output from day one
- Contribute to internal documentation, project notes, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with senior consultants, solution architects, and project managers

Required Qualifications

- C1 English level or above — this is a hard requirement. Do not apply if you do not meet this standard
- Recent graduate or early-career professional — engineering, IT, business, or any discipline considered
- Comfortable with software tools and quick to learn new technology
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity, not a short-term position
- Consistent availability during US Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with Atlassian tools, agile methodologies, or enterprise software
- Background in sales, consulting, project management, or software development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, ITSM, or DevOps concepts
- Experience in a client-facing or professional services environment
