Role Description The AI Enablement Lead is a full-time in-person role responsible for guiding executive teams in adopting and scaling AI across their organizations. This role designs and delivers training programs, workshops, and enablement materials that help CEOs and leaders use AI tools in their everyday workflows. The AI Enablement Lead collaborates with clients to assess current capabilities, identify high-impact use cases, and develop implementation roadmaps. Day-to-day activities include facilitating sessions, creating educational content, configuring and testing AI solutions,
and providing ongoing coaching and support. The role also involves gathering feedback, measuring outcomes, and refining enablement approaches to ensure sustainable and ethical AI
adoption.
Qualifications
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs for executives or business leaders.
• Proven skills in consulting, stakeholder management, and change management within organizational or digital transformation contexts.
• Ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases, translate business needs into technical requirements, and support implementation plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including comfort working with C-level audiences.
