The Role
- Setting and executing financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and regional expansion

- Overseeing treasury, capital structure, and funding arrangements

- Building and maintaining robust risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Driving digital transformation across finance operations and systems
- Developing and inspiring a high-performing, multi-country finance team

What We're Looking For
- A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent)
- Senior leadership experience within a public listed company, ideally in healthcare or life sciences
- A demonstrable track record in M&A;, corporate exercises, and capital markets activity
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including board, investor, and regulatory engagement
- A genuine passion for people leadership and developing the talent around you
- Experience managing
